Talk: Bring Lean UX to Your Product and Engineering Cycles

This Workshop will walk users through the tools and techniques for the high-level UX process on a project, equipping them with the tools to bring Lean UX to their own teams. We'll cover the basics of the Lean UX process, including how to define a problem, sketching, prototyping, user testing, and how to integrate UX into your Agile development process. We'll also cover how to build a UX team and how to hire and retain good designers.
